KLIA Day 1 with Raymond Lam

In the previous post, I stopped where we went back to the hotel to get some rest at about 2am. Ok, so on the same day, LOL, 4am we woke up and got ready to send Raymond Lam(Ah Fung) off at Kuala Lumpur International Airport(KLIA). I only slept for 2 hours!! When we woke up, all our eyes were red. Haha. Grandpa Jo arrived at around 5am to pick us up at our hotel and from there, we went to pick Rachel up from her house. I was practically half asleep throughout the journey. Haha. Then after that, we reached KLIA around 6 something and had breakfast at the airport. After breakfast we waited for Ah Fung to arrive at the airport. At around 7.45am I spotted Ah Fung! Hahaha.

The reason I spotted him is because of the way he carry his bag. LOL. He always carry his brown leather bag(picture above) over his shoulders. I told Jessie, "Ah Fung! Ah Fung! There!" And Jessie asked me, "Really? Really is Ah Fung? Sure?" Then I observed longer and I saw him with his hat and sunglasses and I told Jessie, "I am very sure he is Ah Fung!" Hahaha. Then I walked towards him and he looked at us with a quizzical look(maybe wondering if we are his fans). Then I waved to him and called him 'Ah Fung' and he smiled and said "Hello! Let me check in first." I said "Ok" and followed him behind. And there was a very long que at the economy class line and somehow blocked the Business Class line. And he asked, "Where is Business Class?" Then after that, one of the TVB executive who was also going back to Hong Kong said he'll handle it and went to help with check in procedures.

So, Raymond went back to us and if I'm not mistaken, one of his fans handed him a can of 'Milo' to drink. 'Milo' is Malaysia's most famous chocolate drink. Haha. He drank it and said "Ei, this is not bad. Taste good." And one of his fans said you can buy home a tin of this chocolate powder and just mix a few spoonfuls of it with warm water in a cup. Haha. After he drank that, each of us took pictures with him. Haha. And I got to took pictures with him first! He also examined camera's of some of his fans and talked about 'Face Detection' functions. Hahaha.

After everyone done with taking pictures, then I passed him his album for autographs. He helped me sign his album using my marker pen and somehow, the side of the nip of the pen had smeared ink and Ah Fung kept on looking at the pen and checking his fingers to see if the ink smeared his hands. Haha. I don't know if the ink smeared his fingers or not but I hope not!! Then, Jessie told Ah Fung, "Yesterday we waited for you until very late at the hotel." And Raymond replied, "Really??Ooh..yesterday I went to visit my relative's children." And we said, "Oooh." I then gave way for other fans to take autographs and when one fan gave him a poster of Heart of Greed to sign, Ah Fung said, "I prefer this picture in Heart Of Greed compared to Moonlight Resonance. The one in Moonlight Resonance made me look like a wax figurine!" We all laughed at his remark. Then he added, " Nowadays those people handling the graphics, they edit the pictures too much, that's why." LOL. Then another fan asked for him to sign HOG DVD and that TVB executive asked the fan, "Is this original?" haha. And the fan answered, "Of course it is!" LOL. After done signing for all the others, Ah Fung returned me my marker pen and said Bye Bye to all of us! We followed him to the departure gate and said Bye! And see him again soon!

After Raymond left, we were wondering when will Michelle Yim be at KLIA? Because we expected her to leave with Raymond. But then we heard news that she will be leaving later in the day so we couldn't wait because we have to leave for another event at Summit USJ. Heart of Greed Finale Dinner at Kuala Lumpur: 16th August 2008

Once again, another one of my 'Moments With Celebrities' to share! This time, in my 5 days trip to Kuala Lumpur, I(chronologically) first went to Heart of Greed Finale Dinner(without invitation tickets), Hotel wait, Airport send off for Raymond Lam, Moonlight Resonance event at The Summit USJ and finally, Airport send off for Moses Chan, Tavia Yeung and Ha Yu. This post I will share my experience for the first night of event(Saturday, 16th August).

I arrive at KL on the 15th night and I was free for the whole day until in the afternoon of Saturday. On Saturday evening, I met up with Joniser, Jessie and Grandpa Jo. I arrived late because of the big jam at KL!! I hate the jam at KL!! Luckily I don't get that here in Penang. After meeting up, Grandpa Jo drove us to the Heart of Greed Dinner venue with Joniser as the navigator. Good job Joniser! (Although Grandpa Jo also kept on praising himself taking some credits from Joniser) Haha. But then you drove well Grandpa Jo! He drove us safely to the venue^^

We actually didn't have any tickets for the dinner in hand. But I don't know how, we just walked and manage to enter the dinner venue! But then, the event was halfway starting, so we ended up just borrowing the washroom and managed to peek on the artiste before we left. But then one thing definitely unforgettable especially to me and Jessie is because in just that brief moment of time, we managed to see Tavia really really close up!! That's because Tavia walked up from her table and shifted to another table close by to us. And she is so so pretty!!

After that we left the restaurant. And on our way back to the car, we spotted them!! Tavia, Raymond Lam, Louis Yuen, Michelle Yim and Lee Si Kei through the window! The window has printed blinds on it, but then there were quite big gaps in between so we could see what they were doing! I first saw Tavia Yeung, striking some pose for some official shots. So I took my camera out and started snapping some photos through the gap. Of course, I off my camera flash and asked the others to do that too because the flash could affect the photoshoot inside. Then, I saw Lee Si Kei and Michelle Yim being intervied. They were just inches from me....just that we're seperated by a glass window. Hahaha. So I started snapping some pictures. And then, Oh No!!! Si Kei Jie spotted me!! She looked straight at me and I was wondering what will her reaction be??? To my relief, she flashed me a smile! So I smiled back to her...Haha. Now thinking back, I was quite daring. LOL.

Then I focus on Michelle Yim who was sitting beside Si Kei Jie. Michelle looks very beautiful for her age! And I snapped some of her pictures too. Then I saw Louis Yuen finishing his interview and walking over for photoshoot! So I went to snap his pictures and Oh No!!! He spotted me too!!! LOL. And to my relief, he too, flashed a smile at me.

After that, I spotted Raymond Lam! It is his turn for photoshoot. I love his outfit that night. He wore a lemon green jacket and white shirt and also his thick black rimmed spectacle. After feeding ourselves with photos, we decided to leave for our next destination, Hilton Hotel where the artiste will be staying overnight.

The Wait At The Hotel

Jessie's camera went out of order after taking some pictures. So after we reached the hotel, we went over to KL Sentral which is just opposite the hotel to visit a photoshop. And seems like there was a lens problem and the camera takes 3 months to get it repaired!! Luckily I brought 2 cameras so I could borrow Jessie one. Then Jessie informed her friend who was at the dinner to let us know when the dinner ends so that we could estimate what time to wait at the hotel. Then, we went to McDonalds to grab some drinks and food. And even before the food arrived, Jessie's friend already called and told her the dinner has ended! When Joniser came back with her ice cream, she nearly splurted out her ice cream and her eyes went wide hearing that the dinner ended so soon. And Grandpa Jo's plan to enjoy his pack of nuggets and French Fries was also ruined. Haha.

We went back and waited at the hotel. After about 30 minutes of waiting, they finally arrived at the hotel. Ha Yu walked in first followed by Tavia Yeung and Moses Chan. My first reaction was to approach Ha Yu and stuck out my hand to him. Haha. He shook my hand while smiling away. Then I saw Moses walk by and I gave him a wave and smile and he smiled back. Everything felt like it moved so fast and I turned around to look for Jessie and the others. And I saw them with Tavia! Jessie asked for a picture with Tavia and Tavia stopped for a picture with her. I helped Jessie took a picture and after that I saw Grandpa Jo sneeking into the picture standing behind and managed to take a picture with Tavia too!! I wanted to take a picture with Tavia too but then the security guards were already chasing us away.

After that, Sze Kei Jie came in. And again, I shook hands with her and this time I asked her, "Can I take a picture with you?" And she answered back, "Ho yi, ho yi"(Can, Can). After I took the picture I thanked her for it. Then, soon after, Michelle came in. And again, Haha...I'm getting used to doing this! I stuck out my hand and Michelle shook it! Haha. Again I asked her, "Can I take a picture with you?" And of course, she answered, "Dak, dak."(Sure, sure). I thanked her for the photo and then Jessie took a photo with her.

After that we were waiting for Raymond and Louis but they were no where to be seen! Then I realise Michelle was still lurking at the lobby talking to someone who may be her manager. And I told Jessie, what am I doing? Get an autograph! So I took out my marker pen and Michelle's picture but the guard stopped me as Michelle was still busy talking. I told the guard OK I understand I'll wait until she's free. Then Michelle finished talking and I approached her and asked if I could get her autograph. The guard didn't allow me to at first and was trying to block me(you can see the guard blocking from the picture above). But Michelle was very nice!! She told me, "Yat chiong la, yat chiong la."(one picture, one picture) And she helped me sign. My marker had some trouble with the ink flow as I haven't used it for some time. But Michelle was very patient and she helped me sign the picture.

We continued waiting for Raymond but he was nowhere to be seen. Then suddenly I spotted Tavia at another far end of the lobby! We all rushed over there and we saw Tavia there with her manager Ka Lai. Her manager was very nice and allowed us to take pictures with her one by one!! I took a picture with Tavia and then I asked Ka Lei if I could also get an autograph? And Ka Lei said yes you can. Tavia helped me autograph some pictures and after done signing, she asked me "Is this marker pen yours?"(Her voice was really very sweet and soft! And polite too!) I told her, "Yeah it's mine. Thanks!" And she smiled and returned me my pen.

Tavia stayed at the lobby couch sitting down, talking to the crew and also her fans. Then soon after, Moses came down. Moses' manager, also Ka Lei, again let us took pictures with him one by one. And after I took a picture with Moses, I also let him sign some pictures. Both of them were still lurking at the lobby area and I saw Moses SMS-ing on his phone. Haha. I came to know that they were going out for supper. LOL. After that, they left for supper.

We continued to wait for Raymond but he never came back even until Moses and Tavia came back from their supper. LOL. We waited until 2am before we gave up!! We called it a day and went back to our hotel to get some rest. Stay tuned for the next part of the event!

Charmaine Considers Being Unmarried Mother

Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) attended the opening of a handbag store on Saturday and was met by a pair of lions after cutting the customary ribbon.

During the event, Charmaine was quizzed by reporters about the recent interview that ex-boyfriend Benny Chan (陳浩民) had given, where he had hinted about a failed relationship giving him insecurity in love affairs and also publicly announced that he was still waiting for her. She replied that she had not seen the reports and did not know whether or not he was referring to her in his interview. She suggested that the questions should be directed back at Benny himself.

Asked if she had has also had a very memorable relationship, Charmaine smiled that her most memorable love affair was her first love when she was 18 years old, but she does not like to dwell on the past and will always look to the future.

With so many celebrity weddings this year, Charmaine was asked if she has any wish to get married soon. She smiled that she does not particularly want to get married, but she does think a lot about having children. She said frankly that she does not mind being an unmarried mother, but she has not found a suitable partner yet.

Ivy : Just came back from my 5 days trip to Kuala Lumpur and saw this news of Charmaine. So I post it up first. Good reply from Charmaine about Benny to the reporters. And I love Charmaine's dress. It was a very very eventful trip with Moses, Tavia, Michelle Yim, Raymond Lam, Ha Yu, Lee Sze Kei, Louis Yuen and also the other fans last 5 days. I will post up clips, pictures and my experience by parts soon. So stay tuned!

Also, these 5 days was just good news and also I was really really lucky with celebrities. On Monday after all the events ended, I received another good news from KC my friend who called me. LOL. She told me I won the competition hosted by Batgwa Community. And the prize I won is a Joey Yung Starlight CD and Poster both autographed!!! I thought she was pulling my leg at first but turned out she was not joking!!! I never even expected I could win the competition!!Thank you so much Batgwa!! I feel so lucky for the last few days! Hahahaha...... Here's a picture of the prize I won!

My mother often say that I am very bold. She also reminds me that if a person has no fears, then it is very easy for that person to do something wrong. Yes, when I am outside earning money, I am fearless. I will overcome any obstacle to get what I want.

Nobody knows that all my courage comes from the fear in my heart. I fear that I could not give mama the best living environment.

Mama finally came back to Hong Kong from Canada. She is living with me in the house I bought for her. When I get to hug her, chat with her and see her sitting on the massage chair peacefully, I really feel so happy. Mummy, I will protect you.

I want to get rid of all your grieve and bad memories of your past. As long as I am here,no one can hurt you anymore. No one.

Wah Zhan Pong Blog : Person with Same Beliefs

Third uncle and family left already. Let's not talk about those lame stuff. Talk about the happy stuff instead. Although very unfortunate, I finally have no choice but to work at Kwok Wai, but I met again with that person with same beliefs as me, that women.

I will not trouble myself, so I chose to work at the property department. And definitely, I got Chi Ming to be my assistant. Hehe, Ngai Wing Piu thinks that the property department bring very little profit to the company so he allocates so little resource here? Leave it to me then!

Since the property market is so prosperous now, let me sell of Kwok Wai's stocks then! Nothing is more practical than making money!

I unexpectedly met Wing Sau Fung again. Really did not expect that she is not only greedy for money, bold and strive to excel but she is also a very intelligent and able person. Although without doubt, I am more intelligent than her, if not she would not have been fooled by me. But then, she really surprised me. She is so capable of talking me into pushing the price of the property up high so that the client voluntarily offered a high price. If I want to make money, how could I not look for her?

With Wing Sau Fung, I am sure in half a year, I could make 30 million. Then, my hotel dream will become a reality!

Ivy : Another edition of FungPong Blog^^

I am leaving for KL tomorrow afternoon and will be back by either Monday or Tuesday night. I'll be attending many functions and also airport send off this weekend until sometimes I lost count. haha. I tried watching today's episode and it is broadcasted at 7.30pm daily. But then connection sux....Streamyx really needs to improve their speed. So the program was lagging and kept on stuck here and there. But if I am not mistaken I think the guest for today's episode was Joey. So the artiste above should be appearing in different episodes. There should be a repeat at 9am tomorrow. So maybe I'll check that out. Hope connection is OK tomorrow.
